When my father started this company over forty-five years ago he had a very simple business plan. To provide the best possible service, sell the highest quality parts at a fair price and insure the future of his employees and family.

Not only did he succeed with this common sense approach, P&E flourished under his leadership. He led with integrity, honesty and fairness which he instilled in his employees, my brother Steve and myself. We still use those principles as our foundation in the business today.

Since the beginning, our family owned business has been serving the southeast region. Over the years the competitive landscape has changed and each time P&E has risen to the challenge. This competition has made us stronger, wiser, and a more efficient warehouse. Our biggest challenge moving forward is no different than the issues our customers face in the market place. We continue to remember my father and the principles he started so long ago.
