Starting at the beginning of the 2007 NASCAR® NEXTEL Cup Series™ racing season (Feb. 5th), P&E will be spotlighting one manufacturer per race week for the entire year. During that selected manufacturer’s race week P&E will have special deals and show room P.O.P. packages available for you to take advantage of. These deals will be smokin’ hot and won’t be available anywhere else! For every $100 you spend on our selected packages and promotions during our P&E CUP Program you will receive 10 P&E CUP points. For every P&E CUP associated purchase you make over the life of this program your points will add up. There are also other opportunities for you to earn additional points. (see below)

At the end of our P&E CUP regular season (July 15th) we will select our top 10 cumulative points leaders to place into our P&E CHASE FOR THE CUP. Each of our top 10 points leaders will automatically receive a $500 Visa® card to spend however they wish and a P&E CUP prize pack that will include extra gifts like jackets, hats, t-shirts and more. Our P&E CHASE FOR THE CUP will start on July 23rd, 2007 and will last for 10 straight weeks. At the end of our final P&E CHASE FOR THE CUP race (Sept. 30th) our P&E CUP winner will be announced. The P&E CUP winner will receive our P&E CUP Trophy, a trip for two to Miami Beach (round-trip flight leaves on Nov. 17th and returns on Nov. 22nd), hotel accommodations in Miami (Nov. 17th - Nov. 22nd), luxury rental car (Nov. 17th - Nov. 22nd), and two tickets to the final 2007 NASCAR® NEXTEL Cup Series™ race at Homestead-Miami Speedway (Nov. 18th).

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
Our new P&E CUP program is a great opportunity for you to pick up some great deals that are not available anywhere else and to earn points towards our P&E CUP grand prize. Once you are signed up USING THE SIGN UP FORM SHOWN TO THE LEFT, we will email you once a week to keep you informed of what manufacturer’s are on the horizon and what deals are currently available.

HOW CAN I WIN?
For every $100 you spend on our selected packages and promotions during our P&E CUP Program you will receive 10 P&E CUP points. You can also earn an additional 5 P&E CUP points if you place our monthly wholesale tabloid poster on the wall in your showroom. To earn these points you must take a picture of the poster and email it to pecup@pedistributors.com or mail it to P&E CUP, P&E Distributors, 709 Rivergate Parkway, Goodlettsville, TN, 37072. You can also earn an additional 5 P&E CUP points for every case of generic 2007 catalogs that you purchase from P&E. Over the life of this promotion (Feb. 5th - Sept. 30th) all of your P&E CUP points will add up and make you eligible to win the P&E CHASE FOR THE CUP Grand Prize.
